Condemned to death by the religious elite, Jesus was killed and placed in a tomb. But three days later, He walked out of the grave and the world was never the same. While most accounts of the Easter story stop there, Jesus’ journey did not.
Jesus left the tomb and joined two of his followers on a 7-mile walk from Jerusalem to Emmaus. Jesus met these men in their grief and disbelief, and showed them they were not alone, forgotten, or mistaken.
This Easter, join us on the road to Emmaus.
